What to bring to your session: Please bring or wear comfortable clothes, including sneakers or flat soled shoes. Shorts or yoga pants are ideal as we will take photos and it is best if we can see your knee position. For women, a fitted t-shirt, tank/sports top or sports bra or bathing suit are best for initial evaluation and photos. Comfortable clothes are fine for the remainder of the session. For men, shorts and sneakers are ideal. Your comfort is of the utmost importance. |
